If I did not turn in my proof of residency, can I still vote?

    I'm not sure exactly what your asking.

    If you did not register to vote (which has some proof of residency requirements) by October 2nd, you won't be able to vote in this election.

    If you did register, you just need to bring along a government issue ID or some other proof of residence to the polls.
