I am registered to vote in Charleston, S.C. but have moved to Greenville,S.C. with a new address. My question is this. Can I still vote in the Greenville, S.C. primary election with an voter i.d. card with my old address on it? It's too late for me to vote absentee in Charleston. Can I vote just using my driver's license until I get my new voter i.d. card with my new address? Thanks,
